Invoice May 27 · 2026

hey david — here's what's owed.

$450 of this is the $150/mo retainer we agreed on when i first built the site on lovable — just catching up march, april, and may. the rest is the agency collective stuff i've been heads-down on since yesterday. friend pricing on all of it.

retainer · march + april + may
$450
$150/mo · security patches + minor updates · same rate we agreed on at the original build. real numbers: about $120 of that $150 goes to my tooling + hosting costs every month, so i'm clearing roughly $30/mo on it. wanted you to see the math. june 1 onward bills automatically.
meta pixel — live on the site tonight
$400
pixel id 1912397396095195 installed + 5 standard events (pageview / viewcontent / addtocart / initiatecheckout / purchase) wired into the lovable button + route handlers. spa route-change fix so attribution doesn't drop.
omnisend wire-up — landing tomorrow morning
$500
admin invites for me + the agency, snippet embedded in lovable, cart + order events via omnisend's api, spf + dkim + dmarc records published so emails land in inboxes not spam.
agency slack channel stuff
$150
read two weeks of their slack, caught they had the site pegged as wordpress when it's lovable (would've torched their week), and kept the channel moving while sam dropped the pixel id.
total
$1,500

easy split if you'd rather: $1,000 tonight (retainer + everything already shipped) + $500 tomorrow when omnisend goes live. or one shot of $1,500. whatever works.
the real receipt on hours: roughly 16 hours of focused work over the last 36 — yesterday afternoon, last night until ~1am, today from ~11am straight through past midnight. effectively an all-nighter with a brief nap wedged in.

heads-up worth saying: this kind of out-of-nowhere midnight invoice is exactly what a real retainer would absorb. if we bumped the $150/mo to something more realistic, work like tonight just happens quietly in the background — no surprise bills landing on you, no scramble on your end. worth thinking about once the agency dust settles.
